Shipment of orders:

Orders are sent in very well sealed opaque boxes or envelopes without external references and without any identification that relates their content.

Payment of orders:

You can pay for your purchase safely with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, credit and debit cards.
It is also possible to pay by Wire Transfer to our European account.

Delivery of orders:

All orders can be delivered by any of these transport companies, depending on the origin of the warehouse from which the order leaves: DHL Correos, UPS, Laposte, Hermes Courier, DPD, or Correos Express.

Order delivery time:

The approximate delivery time for orders is 10 days for Europe and 14 days for the rest of the world since they leave our warehouses (See more info in the Shipping section).
In certain cases, the deadlines may vary due to stock problems or causes beyond our control.

Transport and delivery company:

Orders are delivered by hand, but if you are absent or the holder of the purchase is not there, they will leave you a notice to arrange a new delivery. Orders will never be delivered to mailboxes.

Privacy and Publicity:

At your address or the address provided you will only receive the orders you make, but we will never send you any advertising or correspondence. In case you authorize the sending of our advertising bulletins, they will only be sent through your e-mail, which you can unsubscribe whenever you wish.

We sell to all over the world:

We ship orders to all countries, except those that do not appear in our list of countries when creating your customer account. You can choose your language, see prices and make your purchase in the currency of your country by selecting your option in the menu bar at the top of our store.

Buy without a card:

You can pay comfortably by Wire Transfer to our European account, and if this is not possible, contact us and we can offer you other payment methods.

Delivery times outside the European Union:

Shipments outside the European Union orders take about 15 days to arrive*. (See the Shipping and Returns section)

Guaranteed delivery:

All orders are delivered without problems, but if for any reason the shipment is lost, we will reship it free of charge.

Different or defective products:

During the preparation of the orders we verify all the items that are included in a shipment, but if by mistake you receive an item or items that do not correspond to the content of your order, you must contact our customer service within a maximum period of 48 hours from the confirmation of receipt of the order reporting this situation, and our customer service will guide you to resolve your claim.

All items are original and of recognized brands, which is very unlikely that an item is defective, but if this happens, you must contact our customer service within a maximum period of 48 hours from the confirmation of receipt of the order informing this situation, and our customer service will guide you to resolve your claim. In all cases we will replace the defective items with the same ones in perfect condition.
