Depending on the warehouse of origin, orders may be delivered by DHL, UPS, La Poste, Hermes, or DPD.

Delivery times:
Estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days within Europe and 14 days for the rest of the world from dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to stock availability or external circumstances.

Delivery process:
Orders require a handover. If you are not present, the courier will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery. Orders are never delivered to mailboxes.

You will only receive the orders you make. No advertising or physical correspondence will ever be sent. If you subscribe to our newsletter, it will be sent only by email and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Incorrect or defective products:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Defective items will be replaced with identical items in perfect condition.
