Delivery times depend on the complete availability of the requested items and the transport service. Likewise, we will do everything possible to meet the delivery deadlines, not being responsible in case of exceeding the term of 30 business days due to stock problems.
If any of the requested items are not available at the time of purchase, we will process your order as soon as possible, and once the stock is restored, we will meet the stipulated deadlines.
Reference on delivery times:
The delivery time is the time it takes for the order to reach its destination since it is shipped, and the time it leaves our warehouses is the time that elapses in the preparation of the orders until it is delivered to the transport company.
The term of departure from the warehouse may vary and depends on the total existence of the items in stock, which may mean that the indicated term extends until the complete replacement of the items, not exceeding 45 business days.
The delivery date is only indicative, and a possible delay in delivery cannot lead to the cancellation of the order or to claim damages.
The delivery will be made to the address that the client has registered in his account, which may be different from his habitual residence or from his billing address, and may also be sent to his place of work.
Shipments are made through the companies DHL, UPS, Laposte, Hermes Courier, Correos or DPD, depending on the origin of the goods.
In any of the cases, except shipments based on the free shipping promotion*, the identification of the buyer or the person to whom the order is addressed will be required by means of an official document that identifies him (ID, passport, residence card, driver's license) and recipient's signature.
In the event that a shipment is not picked up and the causes are attributable to the customer, as many shipments as necessary may be made (once we receive the returned package), and the expenses generated by these shipments plus handling and packaging must be paid to the customer.
If the order does not reach its destination for any reason attributable to the carrier, we will claim the shipment from the responsible company, and once the situation is known, we will proceed to make a new shipment without additional costs.
Our responsibility is limited in the event that the order could not be delivered due to causes attributable to the client, such as absence of the order, not collected within the stipulated periods, error in the address provided or any other cause that demonstrates the responsibility of the client.
In any of these cases, once the returned order has been received, the customer will be notified of the possibility of making a new shipment after payment of the expenses generated by transport, handling and packaging costs.
Returns and Changes:
The products offered in our store are for intimate use and for health and hygiene reasons it will not be possible to make returns or exchanges of the products purchased, except for changes due to size, model or color in textile garments that are not for intimate use.
In case of claiming a defective product, the customer will have 14 days from receipt of the order to make their claim.
